The Secret Garden range of gins is produced by Old Curiosity Distillery with flowers grown and hand picked at the Secret Herb Garden, in the hills outside Edinburgh. The range includes three gins to which two limited editions have been added: Geranium & Mallow and Damask Rose.
Old Curiosity Damask Rose Secret Garden Gin is produced with a distillate of fresh damask rose petals and infused with dried petals of the same. This rose gives it the natural property of changing color with tonic water, but that's also what makes it a limited edition. In fact, the Damask rose is a flower of very ancient origins and very famous, therefore particularly expensive.
