Sir Edmond is an unconventional Gin, unusual in the choice of botanicals and, precisely for this reason, unbalanced to the point of finding its balance at the most extreme point. Soft and velvety, he releases notes of bourbon vanilla and cardamom, which give way to cinnamon and juniper with a light touch of ginger.
Sir Edmond Gin is distilled in Holland at the ancient Herman Jansen distillery, founded in 1777 and still family-run today.
