The perfect Gin Tonic for an aperitif, especially if based on meats and cheeses!
Ingredients:
- 50ml Gin Bugin
- 150ml Unmissable Dry Bitter Tonic
- 1 sprig thyme
- Top ground black pepper
- 1 lemon zest
- Ice cubes
Preparation: Fill the balloon cup with ice cubes, add Gin Bugin and then the tonic water. Stir gently and top with a sprinkle of black pepper on the glass, then decorate with a lemon zest and a sprig of thyme.
