A Gin Tonic that is a breath of freshness with the scents of Puglia: the olive oil of the gin, the aroma of lemon and a spicy touch.
Ingredients:
- 50ml Gin of Puglia
- 150 ml Unmissable Dry Bitter Tonic Water
- 3 strips of lemon zest
- 3 basil leaves
- Sichuan pepper
- Ice cubes
Preparation: Put the three lemon peels in the glass and gently pound them with the pestle. Add the Gin di Puglia then mix. Fill the glass with ice cubes and pour in the tonic water. Add the basil leaves and grated Sichuan pepper then mix gently and serve.
