In the mouth, Bitter Mérida presents a distinctive taste. With each sip it releases a different flavor. It has three hearts: balsamic, bitter and citrus. It can be defined as a sweet bitter, not particularly dry and with a low sugar content. The thermal water brings minerality to the product. The color is due to the natural infusion of botanicals in alcohol: it has no artificial colouring. Excellent to be enjoyed smooth or with ice after a meal or poured into traditional Italian cocktails.
It has an initial balsamic fragrance due to juniper, to pass after a few moments to the central bittering notes of gentian, rue grass, hops and dandelion, and finally the sweetness of the citrus olfactory notes of orange blossom, lemon and bergamot. To complete, the dilution with Tuscan thermal water which transmits a light saline fragrance to the product.
