Infused with organic Verduzzo grapes from the Marco Sara farm, the botanicals that most characterize it are gentian, elderberry and green tea. Dry, bitter and persistent, it is fantastic for creative mixing or to be drunk at the end of a meal instead of an amaro. Excellent in combination with raw fish, risotto and savory pies with herbs.
