Mixer® Fragola contains the equivalent of 100% natural puree of the best Italian strawberries, i.e. 1 kg of natural strawberry puree is used for each liter of finished product.
Only the best crops and varieties, Senga Sengana or Camarosa, are selected and harvested when the perfect balance is reached between the pulpy and the sugary parts of the fruit. The raw material is then washed, cleaned and quickly concentrated to preserve the original properties of the fresh fruit which is never pasteurized. Being a concentrated product with a high degree of Brix, it has a very high aromatic persistence and supports a high dilution in the final drink. Therefore it is a product with high performance (number of cocktails per bottle) and gives texture and flavor even in frozen drinks. Strawberry Pulp Mixer® gives an intense aroma and an authentic taste of ripe strawberries to the final drink, it can be used in place of the fresh fruit for the preparation of cocktails, long drinks, smoothies, lemonades and iced teas or it can be used to flavor and strengthen the premix from fresh or frozen fruit.
