Grappa di Lambrusco di Sorbara is an expression of the grape variety of the Modena area, where the renowned Gavioli Distillery stands, in operation in Emilia Romagna since 1965. It is a single-variety grappa obtained with discontinuous distillation in a bain-marie with rectification column in order to obtain the maximum qualitative yield. The pomace from Lambrusco grapes allows to obtain very fine grappas with excellent scents, even if little known nationally.
