Passion fruit

Mixer® collects mainly in Ecuador and in other typical areas of Latin America the best passiflora edulis or maracuja, fruits typically well balanced in their particular acidity which are then skilfully processed to obtain a fruit pulp that brings exactly the original flavor back into the drink of the fruit. Created for the preparation of frozen cocktails, long drinks, tikis and soft drinks, Mixer® Maracuja also gives its best in smoothies and in the preparation of granitas. The pulp has a very bright orange color and the taste is sweet and sour at the same time.
