Ingredients for the cocktail:
- 50ml Midnight Gin
- 150 ml Unmissable Dry Bitter Tonic Water
- 3 sprinkles of pineapple and ginger spray
- 1 slice of ginger
- 4-5 grains of Cubeb Pepper
- 1 lemon zest
- Ice cubes
Ingredients for the pineapple and ginger spray:
- 200ml of water
- 50g of ginger
- 1 slice of pineapple
- Ethyl alcohol
Preparation:
For the spray: In a saucepan, put 200ml of water, 50g ginger and 1 slice of pineapple cut into cubes. Bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes. Let cool and filter the liquid and put 50ml in a spray container, then add 50ml of alcohol and shake.
For the Gin Tonic: Fill the balloon cup with ice cubes, add Midnight Gin and then the tonic water. Garnish with a ginger slice, 4-5 Cubeb Pepper grains and a lemon zest. Stir and spray the previously prepared spray over and around the glass.
