Conceived by bartender Riccardo Santovito, with the collaboration of Distillerie Subalpine and aromatiere Alfredo la Cava, Gargano Dry Gin wants to be an expression of the beautiful Apulian territory of which it bears its name. Most of the botanicals are hand-picked in the Vico del Gargano area and in the citrus oasis of Rodi Garganico.
Distilled with Juniper, Rosemary, Coriander, Laurel, Oregano, Mandarin, Ireos, Zedoaria and Marjoram, Gargano Dry Gin is a fresh and fragrant gin, with a balsamic and citrus aftertaste, where all the ingredients combine to give it a strong and decisive character, enhanced by herbaceous scents.
