This delicious and fragrant grappa of Pignoletto is produced by the renowned Distilleria Gavioli, which has been working in the province of Modena, in Emilia Romagna, since 1965. With this product the company wants to give expression to the vines of the territory because they allow to obtain a truly elegant distillate even if little known. The grappa is single-variety and is created with discontinuous distillation in a bain-marie with rectification column in order to obtain the maximum qualitative yield.
