Banxiae London Dry Gin

From the distillation process with a discontinuous still, a London Dry Gin is born, made entirely in Umbria, which pays homage to the Banksiae rose with its name. In every sip you will feel a strong connection with the incredible land from which it comes.
The predominant characteristic of Banxiae is the combination of herbaceous and balsamic notes and soft and floral ones. In the mouth, despite the alcohol volume of 42 degrees, the sip is large, enveloping and full. Floral echoes and spicy references make the drink lively, the long herbaceous persistence is so pleasant and entices the next sip. Excellent in the classic Gin Tonic, in the Martini and in the Negroni, it is well suited to the great classics of mixology and to more modern and innovative cocktails.
Juniper berries, olive leaves and Banksiae rose petals are hand-picked in Umbria. The elegant bottles are numbered and limited as production depends on the availability of wild raw materials.
