Dhea Hops Dry Gin

The Dhea project was born for fun in July 2021, from Alessandro Ruda's passion for gin and homebrewing (the home production of beer). Thanks to the support of Emilio Rocchino, the idea of ​​a gin that had hops as the main botanical in addition to juniper was realized.
Dhea Hops Dry Gin is an "unusual" gin, as the olfactory sensations are not confirmed by the taste ones. In fact, the nose is inebriated by the fragrances of the hops, while during the tasting, the herbaceous part is attenuated by the freshness of the citrus part given by Pompia, a rare Sardinian endemic citrus fruit, which prepares the mouth for the balsamic nature of the juniper and makes the drink soft it's pleasant.
