Gin Dei Sospiri

The Gin dei Sospiri recipe, designed to enhance the flavors and aromas of the lagoon island, begins with the hand-harvesting of the spontaneous raw material and only according to seasonality. The common thread running through the brand's philosophy is sustainability: it was decided to avoid the use of plastic at any stage of the production process and to prefer recycled or compostable materials instead. The label is made of cotton and its color derives from the pigments of the botanicals of the island of Sant'Erasmo. In this place, also called the Garden of Venice, Salicornia is harvested, the protagonist of gin together with juniper.
In fact, Gin dei Sospiri gives an intense flavor of juniper, very fresh, with herbaceous notes enhanced by basil, lemon thyme, artichoke and milk thistle, in an enveloping and velvety taste, while its flavor is given by the Salicornia.
