Grifu Limu Gin Pillons

Grifu Limu is a fresh and fragrant gin, made using exclusively spontaneous botanicals from the Sardinian territory that grow near the sea. On the nose there is a strong and fresh citrus note reminiscent of lime and mapo, together with balsamic tones of aromatic herbs that alternate with floral notes of geranium. On the palate, the particularly marked citric note makes it very flexible in mixing. The Mediterranean botanicals balance with herbaceous scents and a slight minerality due to the proximity to the sea. Grifu Limu Gin Pilloni is produced by the renowned Sardinian company Silvio Carta and has won numerous awards.
