Stelvio Gin Organic

Gin Stelvio is a sensorial experience, a journey through the mountain territory that gave it life. The botanical ingredients (juniper, yarrow, lemon thyme, cranberries, lemon verbena, Val Venosta apple, mountain pine) are harvested by hand, in a laborious process. An example is the harvest of cranberries: two people spend several days climbing steep mountain slopes to collect these precious fruits.
Annual production is limited to approximately 4.000 bottles, consistently with the company philosophy of responsible action and conservation of resources. Behind the gin, in fact, there is a family that is committed to organic farming and the conservation of the natural environment.
