Tabar Gin is distilled in Finale Emilia, in the Lower Modena area, with a technique as old as the history of the Casoni factory, which has been producing liqueurs in this land since 1814. And as this land is shrouded in fog, so the gin is decisive and enveloping like a sip of fog. The symbol of this mist is the Tabarro, to which the gin owes its name, which is the typical men's cloak of the area.
Tabar Gin is essentially citrusy on the nose, but everything changes on the palate: the juniper pleasantly dominates, combined with the notes of angelica and coriander. Then emerge the hints of cardamom and rosemary, balanced by a delicate note of chamomile and a fresher note of anise. Excellent for any type of mixing, its unique and unmistakable taste does not leave you indifferent, as well as the perfect balance of raw materials.
