Xamorphos Gin

Xamorfos Gin is a London Dry Gin produced in Salerno by the micro-distillery Distill-Hub, inaugurated in 2021. Eight botanicals including Kaffir leaves, lemongrass and pepper fi Timut are infused with different times in alcohol from wheat and water, the whole is then distilled in a discontinuous copper alembic with two other steam-distilled botanicals: elder flowers and red rose petals. With this particular technique, the distiller Lorenzo Spagnolo managed to obtain a gin with an excellent balance between sweet and spicy hints, between citrus and floral notes. A pleasant intensity and persistence that make Xamorfos Gin an excellent product for mixing.
