Broken Bones Old Tom Gin

Broken Bones Distillery is the first distillery opened in Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia, after more than 60 years. It took two years to develop the recipe for Broken Bones Old Tom Gin because, wanting to use a local ingredient as a sweetener, lime honey was chosen, with its peculiar spicy scents that had to be perfectly balanced with the notes of juniper and fresh softness of citrus fruits. The wait was worth it because we are faced with a delicious Old Tom, of the highest quality and with a rare balance.
