Himbrimi Winterbird London Dry Gin is very soft on the palate, with a nice balance of juniper with citrus and angelica combined with floral notes. The finish is long and soft. In addition to juniper berries, the main botanicals of gin are i wild angelica flowers hand-picked from the shores of Icelandic lakes and rivers and the wild arctic thyme, typical of the area and with a floral scent reminiscent of lavender.
La Brunner Distillery was founded in 2017 in the town of Mosfellsbær and distills handcrafted 50.000 bottles per year in small batches.
