Jensen's Old Tom Gin

Jensen's Old Tom Gin is a gin with earthy, robust and spicy notes, characterized by a certain viscosity and a sweet organoleptic profile, despite being an Old Tom without sweeteners. Notes of lemon, coriander and turmeric are elegantly balanced with strong hints of juniper.
The recipe was found in the notes of an 1840 distiller and recreates an aromatic profile very similar to that of the gins used by bartenders at the end of the 800th century. But speaking of modern blending, it's the perfect gin for the Negroni.
