Porter's Tropical Old Tom Gin stands out for its tropical fruit notes: the classic taste of gin is balanced by a cold distillate of passion fruit and guava, created in order to preserve the juiciness of the fruit. White Tea gives dryness to the distillate, very soft and slightly sweet. It is produced by combining the classic distillation technique in alembic and the vacuum at low temperature. This method is the hallmark of the UK's most modern micro-distillery, built in the cellar of a bar in Aberdeen, Scotland.
