Drumshanbo Irish Whisky

Distilled in three steps in Drumshanbo, Co Leitrim, in the more rural west of Ireland this whiskey is a single batch that stays true to Irish tradition. Obtained from a mixture of malted and unmalted barley, with the addition of oats of the BARRA variety, all cereals strictly of Irish origin. Unmalted barley imparts a silky feel when combined with Irish oats and creates an intriguing creaminess and spiciness. Aged in small casks of Sherry Oloroso & Kentucky Bourbon.
