Soero is the result of a research work initiated by Dario Olmeo, owner of the Maracaibo cocktail bar in Lido San Giovanni, in Alghero.
Juniper and myrtle come from Sardinia and coriander, lavender, rose, honey, orange, violet, cardamom, lemon, jasmine, black pepper and angelica are added to them. Harmonious thanks to the perfect balance and very delicate on the palate thanks to the copper distillation process, it has a delicate and bright yellow color, which anticipates its fresh character, enlivened by the notes of citrus fruits.
Soero Gin lends itself well to mixing, starting with the classic Gin Tonic, but without exceeding with too spicy and citrusy ingredients, continuing with a twist on the classics, but it is also ideal drunk straight.
Summer and with an elegant packaging, it is an excellent gin to taste and to give as a gift.
