Glendalough Wild Botanical Gin

The Irish distillery Glendalough initially produced only seasonal gins, but from the requests of the bartenders they gave birth to Glendalough Wild Botanical Gin for all seasons. Also handcrafted in small batches using hand-picked local botanicals, it differs from the other gins in the range because it welcomes the best of each phase of the year: on the nose, in fact, spring notes emerge and the aromas of juniper and fresh lemon are clearly recognizable, while on the palate the more summery floral notes are distinguished initially, then the fruity ones of autumn and finally the winter spicy notes. A truly excellent gin, perfect in a gin and tonic with a simple slice of grapefruit or with an orange and a sprig of mint.
