Rivo Gin was born on the Lake Como where, for centuries, women have collected the herbs that grow spontaneously there to prepare medicines and remedies. Precisely this magical element is the source of inspiration for this gin and for its label with geometric lines that follow each other to create abstract figures, which in the details reflect the lines of the mountains and the waves of the lake, the natural elements typical of the area.
Rivo Gin contains twelve botanicals, some of which (wild thyme, lemon balm, savory, pimpinella and other rarer ones) are hand-picked in the meadows around Lake Como. The result is a gin with a balsamic aroma and a complex and soft taste, with fruity, spicy and herbaceous hints where the notes of lemon balm and thyme emerge.
