Citrum Premium Gin

The bottle of Citrum Premium Gin reads “Citrus & Spices” and is the perfect description of this gin.  Definitely fresh, it strikes the nose and palate with its essentially citrus notes and with its spicy notes, almost spicy on the finish, but it is also noticeable to the eye for the slightly greenish color given by the final addition of a little lemon juice. It is distilled in Provence by Distilleries et Domaines de Provence which has over a century of tradition behind it, famous for its Pastis and its Absinthe.
