This gin is born by resting the FIlliers Dry Gin 28 in oak barrels that held Cognac for four months. The aging process makes the sweeter and more delicate gin , adding notes of vanilla and almond to those of juniper and citrus that characterize Filliers Dry Gin 28. The finish remains dry and citrusy.
