On the palate Ballykeefe Sloe Gin is soft and enveloping, well balanced, with fruity and astringent notes of blackthorn combined with sweet hints to the warm and persistent aftertaste of spices. To drink straight or as an alternative to spritz, pairing it with Prosecco with raspberry garnish.
The Ballykeefe Distillery was born in 2018 from the passion of a family of farmers for generations for the Irish whiskey tradition. It has always been committed to sustainability and environmental protection, also obtaining valuable awards. The products are also multi-award winning and the sloe gin won the gold medal at the 2019 World Liqueur Awards.
