With a light yellow color due to the infusion of post-distillation saffron, Old Raj Dry Gin Blue Label has a slightly floral and delicately spiced taste. The saffron infused after distillation is not dominant, leaving room for the notes of other botanicals, especially juniper. It has been produced in Scotland since 1972.
