Hayman's Distillers is a family business that has been in business in England since 1863 and today they are in their fifth generation. It is mainly dedicated to the production of traditional English gins, following and protecting the original XNUMXth century recipes. This also applies to Hayman's Sloe Gin, emblem of the typical British Christmas flavors.
There is only one key ingredient to making a true English Sloe Gin: time. For over 150 years Hayman's has spent three months a year creating its traditional red Sloe Gin, sparkling with winter colors, flavors and aromas. Every autumn, sloes are selected from the hedges to give them the characteristic plum aroma and bright red color.
In addition to being drunk neat or mixed, Hayman's Sloe Gin is recommended in combination with game dishes or as a substitute for red wine to cook venison or duck meat.
