The Gabriel Boudier distillery has been in operation in Dijon, France since 1874. Their motto is "Quality without compromise". The Saffron Gin recipe was discovered in the archives of Maison Boudier and has thus been brought to light. On the palate it is very soft, almost sweet, very spicy, but the saffron does not stand out as much as one would expect, combined with the notes of juniper and fennel. The taste is persistent and the consistency is quite viscous.
