Zuidam Dutch Courage 88 Aged

The aged version of Dutch Courage Dry Gin retains all the quality of the original dry, but with the addition of a slightly sweeter aroma and notes of vanilla on the palate, together with a unique softness deriving from the permanence in new American oak barrels. Already the fact that it is produced by Zuidam is a guarantee of a high level and in fact the dry is distilled 3 times for each of the botanicals, for a total of 14 distillations e the grain from which the basic alcohol is produced is ground using windmills so as not to lose the flavors. The final aging gives the gin those soft and slightly sweet notes that make it also suitable for drinking straight.
