Zuidam Dutch Courage Dry

Zuidam Dutch Courage Dry Gin is produced by one of the most renowned distilleries in the Netherlands and is produced using traditional methods which make it a very high quality gin. The name is inspired by the shot that Dutch soldiers drank before the battles and which the British fell in love with, eventually creating gin as we know it today. Dutch Courage Dry Gin is distilled with a grain alcohol whose grains are ground with a traditional Dutch method using the windmills so as to preserve the flavors to the maximum. Each botany is distilled separately, for a total of 14 distillations. The result is a gin in which the notes of juniper are combined with those of malt given by the processing of the wheat, with the addition of lighter herbaceous and citrus notes. The finish is very intense, with a characteristic bitter-sweet note.
