Spring Gin

The creator of Spring Gin Original, Manuel Wouters, firmly believes that distillation is a noble and complex art and his passion for this art is evident in his gins. Distilled four times, this gin contains thirteen botanicals, of which eleven classics, such as angelica which gives the dry note to the gi and cinnamon for the spicy note, plus two locals which are rhubarb root and pine needles. The result is a very soft gin, with fresh notes of pine both on the nose and on the palate followed by the slightly pungent ones of black pepper that harmonize with those of coriander and citrus, but it is the notes of juniper that always dominate. The pleasant finish is dry and clean. Produced in Flanders, Spring Gin Original is the Premium distillate capable of making anyone who tastes it fall in love with it.
