Kapriol Dry Gin was born at the end of 2015 after two years of research and experimentation aimed at reproducing the ancient recipe of classic Kapriol (typical mountain liqueur), transforming it into a real gin. This is the Sloe Gin version, that is, it is a liqueur made from the base of the gin but with a lower alcohol content and infusion of blackthorn berries.
Kapriol Sloe Gin on the nose exudes fresh hints of red fruit. On the palate the prevailing flavor of the wild blackthorn is balanced by the soft bitter notes of the hops. The low sugar content makes it particularly aromatic and tasty. As it does not contain citrus, it lends itself very well to mixing in drinks with sour ingredients or paired with a refreshing lemonade.
