Denny and Leo, after the success of their out-of-the-box distillate Deep Gin, propose a new product, a London Dry which combines the most classic scents with very particular and contemporary notes, in tune with the atypicality of their company's products, Liquid Basement.
The inspiration of the name is also particular: Sir Sedley was a libertine and controversial noble of the 700s who stood out for his irreverence towards the king and his public shamelessness.
On the palate Sir Sedley Gin is decisive and well balanced, with harmony between juniper and floral notes, between the light amaricatura of gentian and fresh citrus notes, with a final touch of cardamom and verbena. The spiciness of the ginger emerges in the long finish.
