The first Sicilian rosé Gin is produced taking a cue from the "Sur Lies" wine production method. The botanicals of Volcano Etna Dry Gin are refined on the noble lees of Nerello Mascalese, followed by Bâtonnage and gravity filtering. Before bottling there is a further refinement with red wine from Contrada Petto Dragone nobilato in barriques.
The vinous notes give elegant and balanced nuances to the herbaceous and floral characteristics of the original recipe. A unique and particular experience, a true celebration of the Sicilian territory.
