Citadel Reserve

Compared to its unaged version, Citadelle Reserve enhances the juniper less in favor of sweet and woody notes of oak vats , balanced by floral notes and spicy notes . Each year the combination of botanicals changes slightly, so it is possible to find differences between the different vintages.
Gin is aged following the same method used for balsamic vinegar and Madeira. Thanks to the aging process Citadelle Reserve adapts very well to both straight drink both for use in mixing .
