Gin Modernessia, a gin that represents the changes of the modern era, created by one of the most renowned bartenders in Spain, Alberto Pizarro. The selected botanicals are the same that, in those same places where gin is distilled today, were used by the Cistercian monks for the preparation of their liqueurs.
Gin Modernessia on the palate and nose is an elegant and fresh gin, with details sweet notes of honey that are balanced with the prevailing notes of citrus fruits and herbs, combined with the notes of juniper. The finish is dry and the citrus and herbaceous notes that distinguish the gin still prevail.
