Mìl, the man depicted in the bottle, is a mythical Spanish warrior whose descendants, called Milesian or Milaures, came to Ireland and took control of the island, colonizing and populating it with their descendants. According to legend, therefore, all Irish descend from Mìl and its Milesians brought there the typical flavors of Spain that are reflected in Gin Mìl.
