On the nose and on the palate Old Curiosity Apothecary Rose Secret Garden Gin is very floral thanks to its notes of fresh rose, combined with a very light sugary note and a hint of angelica.
The botanicals are grown, harvested and dried by hand at The Secret Herb Garden in the hills outside Edinburgh. The main one of this gin is, of course, the officinal rose, that gives the gin the pink-orange color that changes in contact with the tonic water.
