Red Door Handcrafted Highland Gin

Red Door Gin captures the spirit of Scotland's mountains, forests and coastlines. For this reason, three botanicals typical of the Highlands are combined with traditional botanicals: pearls of heather (common in the Scottish hills, they give the gin a floral and slightly herbaceous touch), rowan berries (typical of wooded areas, it gives slightly bitter scents, with very light notes of chocolate and smoked) and sea buckthorn (typical of the coasts, releases citrus and fruity notes). Very soft, it is also delicious smooth despite the high alcohol content, as well as being an excellent base for Gin Tonic (to try with fresh raspberries as garnish!) And for classic cocktails.
