Shortcross Gin it thrills with its balance and aromaticity, but above all for the very long and soft finish which makes it perfect for martinis, but also for other gin-based drinks. These characteristics are obtained thanks to the distillation in a personalized still unique in the world. The gin is fresh and elegant, with delicate fruity notes given by the green apple and floral hints given by the berries and elder flowers, which go well with juniper and balance the slightly bitter notes of coriander and cassia, while the herbaceous notes of wild clover form the background. The aroma of gin does not attack the palate, on the contrary it envelops it with its softness. Each bottle is filled, sealed and hand signed.
Shortcross Gin was born from an idea of Fiona and David, founders of the Rademon Estate Distillery, who were inspired by the forests and gardens surrounding the distillery. It is located in the north of Ireland, in an area full of lush vegetation.
