What makes this gin special is the use of fresh botanicals from the Ligurian Riviera dei Fiori, which are harvested from untreated plants and used after a few hours, thus preserving all the quality and freshness of their precious essential oils. The name is in fact that of the village of Barbarasa di Pompeiana from which the creator of the recipe comes.
Barbarasa Gin releases prevailing notes of juniper balanced by citrus and Mediterranean notes (myrtle-rosemary), with a fresh, slightly spicy aftertaste. Among the 14 botanicals we find citrus fruits, classic spices, myrtle leaves, olive leaves, rosemary, goji berries and pumpkin seeds.
