Sherlock is a rather complex Gin, whose aromas are made volatile by the alcohol content chosen, 47% Vol. Its complexity and softness allow the taster not to realize the alcohol content. The elegance and refinement with which this product
manifests the gustatory evolution making it suitable to be drunk straight (perhaps in the rocks with a slice of lime).
Sherlock, however, is also a versatile gin and can be used for numerous types of cocktails and drinks, from G&T, to cocktails in a cup. Mixed with pink grapefruit extract, half lime and agave syrup it amplifies its citrus complexity making the drink fresh and summery. It is best served in martini cocktails accompanied by high quality vermouth.
The botanicals are Juniper, Pimento, Lime, Sweet Orange, Cardamom, Coriander, Angelica.
