The Bitter del Redentore comes from an ancient recipe for amaro, then revisited. It is a hydroalcoholic infusion with an intense red color, of carefully selected aromatic herbs from the Sibillini Mountains, very versatile in mixing. The nose is immediately complex with great aromaticity from bitter herbs, gentian and absinthe above all. On the palate, a bittersweet entry well integrated with the unusual citrus of orange thyme. Well balanced, full-bodied and excellent aromatic persistence even when mixed.
