Distinctive features of Olympia are a pleasant scent given off by cardamom and vibrant spicy and citrus notes given by Timut pepper. The different botanicals present make it rightly bitter as a bitter, but a hint of sweetness makes Olympia appreciate even the most delicate palates. Thanks to its intense and versatile character, you can enjoy it mixed in a cocktail or on the rocks, but it gives its best with bubbles.
The bitter Olympia bitter is inspired by a woman who in her own way made history for women: Olimpe de Gauge who during the French Revolution fought hard for the rights of the defenseless, but above all of women. She has fought all her life so that they could have the right to vote and to speak as much as they had the right to stand on the scaffold. And then, ironically, she died guillotined.
On the label appears a nice reinterpretation ofOlympia by Manet, with a nice glass of Negroni in his hand.
