The freshness of the fennel and the spiciness of the pimento blend in a refreshing embrace with the marine notes of Gin Fishers.
Ingredients:
- 50ml of Fishers London Dry Gin
- 150 ml Unmissable Italian Tonic Water
- A few wild fennel seeds
- A few grains of allspice (Jamaican pepper)
- 1 sprig of wild fennel
- 1 lemon zest
- Ice cubes
Preparation: Pour 50ml of Gin Fishers and the tonic water into the balloon cup full of cubed ice. Add a few wild fennel seeds, a few pimento grains and an edible lemon zest. Gently mix and top with a sprig of fresh wild fennel.
